This Privacy Policy explains how Nourela ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit nourela.com or buy from us.

Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
• Your order details, subscription choices and order history.
• Messages you send us, and reviews you write.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We don't see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically:

• Your device, browser, IP address and approximate location.
• The pages you view, the links you click, and what you add to your cart or buy.
• Information from cookies, pixels and similar tools (see "Cookies and Advertising" below).

Information from partners: advertising and analytics partners may tell us how you found our store, for example which ad you clicked.

How We Use Your Information

• To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions, and to handle guarantee claims and refunds.
• To send you order updates, subscription notices and reminders.
• To send you marketing emails if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To understand how our store is used and improve it.
• To show you our ads on other websites and apps and measure how they perform.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only as needed to run our store:

• Service providers: Shopify (our store and checkout), Shopify Payments, our fulfillment partner and the shipping carriers who deliver your order, our bundle, subscription and post-purchase apps (Kaching), our landing-page builder (GemPages), and our email and analytics tools (including Triple Whale).
• Advertising partners: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives information through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API about the pages you view and the purchases you make, so we can show and measure our ads. You can opt out (see below).
• Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
• Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We don't sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how our store is used and show you relevant ads. Under some state laws, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted ads is called a "sale" or "sharing."

Your choices:

• Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of our store to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your information.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as an opt-out request.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the store may not work without them.

To make a request, email support@nourela.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You can ask someone to make a request for you if you give them written permission. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we'll respond within 60 days.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, handle guarantee claims and subscriptions, and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our store isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Where Your Information Is Processed

Nourela is based in the United Kingdom. Your information may be processed in the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where UK data protection law applies, we use your information to fulfill our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and improving our store, with your consent (for example, for marketing emails and some cookies), and to meet our legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and we'll tell you about any important changes.
